We will start with weekly sessions. This allows us to build rapport, formulate goals, and gain momentum. As you gain coping skills and demonstrate follow-through, we can reduce the frequency to meet your needs. One of our goals is to get you out of therapy, not keep you in it. We can reduce to monthly or even as needed sessions when we feel you’ve accomplished your goals.
